President Of PJTN Calls For The Resignation Of Randi Weingarten, President Of The American Federation Of Teachers

PRESIDENT OF PROCLAIMING JUSTICE TO THE NATIONS CALLS FOR THE RESIGNATION OF RANDI WEINGARTEN, PRESIDENT OF THE AMERICAN FEDERATION OF TEACHERS, FOR SANCTIONING MATERIALS WHICH TARGET ZIONISM AND INCITE ANTISEMITISM IN K-12 AND HIGHER EDUCATION.

July 22, 2024 – Nashville, TN. Laurie Cardoza Moore, President of the global Christian Zionist organization, Proclaiming Justice to The Nations, is calling on the delegates of The American Federation of Teachers to call for the resignation of President Randi Weingarten during the upcoming Convention this week for approving Resolutions and policies which support revisionism of Israel’s history and the fallacious accusations of genocide, apartheid, and occupation against Israel, threaten the security of Jewish students and faculty, and discriminate against Jewish and Christian Zionist students on campus.

The AFT has drafted and will be voting to adopt Resolutions which are hypocritical and misleading. For example, Section 27 of one Resolution “opposes the Weaponization of Antisemitism”, then condemns the adoption of the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA) definition of antisemitism which has been adopted by Congress, almost 35 States and 42 countries. The IHRA definition can be used as a tool to determine if incidents on campuses cross the line into antisemitism so that violators of the law will be held accountable for violating Title VI of the Civil Rights Act.

Another such scurrilous Resolution to be presented is the one by the Berkeley Federation of Teachers, demanding that the second largest teacher’s union call on teachers’ pension funds to divest from companies that it claimed facilitated Israeli “human rights violations and violations of international law as part of prolonged military occupations, apartheid, and genocide.”

“With the rise of Jew-hatred in the United States, it is time to appoint leaders who are soberly minded and willing to ensure the security of our students on secondary and higher-ed campuses,” stated Laurie Cardoza Moore.

Randi Weingarten needs to go! Parents and taxpaying citizens across this Nation are fed up with the failed Leftist policies in education, which are fueling the violent attacks against Jewish students and teachers on campuses across the US. It is time for the educators at the American Federation of Teachers to stand up to the failed leadership of the AFT and other local Federations of Teachers.
